In June 2024, the project of green mining and harmless disposal of gangue for overburden and delamination filling of Xihe Coal Industry officially started.After the technology is implemented, the annual solid waste treatment of gangue can reach 600,000 tons, which has high promotion value.

In July 2023, Shanxi Datuhe Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was established.
From 2022 to 2023, the company will pay nearly 8.9 billion yuan in profits and taxes, the highest level in history.

In August 2022, 5 million yuan was donated to the Zhongyang County Red Cross Society for emergency relief and post-disaster reconstruction of the flood disaster in Jinluo Town, Zhongyang County.
In May 2022, the construction of Datuhe Coal Industry started.

In October 2021, 5 million yuan was donated to the Shanxi Charity Federation for emergency relief and post-disaster reconstruction of the flood disaster in Xiaoyi City.
In April 2021, Shanxi Danonghe Green Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. was established.

In December 2020, the Jiajiagou Coal preparation Plant was put into operation, with a design washing capacity of 2 million tons/year.
In October 2020, Rongsheng Coal preparation Plant was put into operation, with a design washing capacity of 1.2 million tons/year.
In September 2020, the Wangjiazhuang Coal preparation Plant was put into operation, with a design washing capacity of 2 million tons/year.

In March 2019, Datuhe Flour was completed and put into operation.
In March 2019, Shanxi Luliang Zhongyang Xihe Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation, with a design production capacity of 900,000 tons/year.
In January 2019, Shanxi Luliang Zhongyang Fujiayan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation, with a design production capacity of 1.2 million tons/year.

In May 2018, Shanxi Luliang Lishi Charcoal Kiln Ping Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation, with a design capacity of 1.2 million tons/year.

In July 2017, Shanxi Pengcheng Logistics Co., Ltd. was established.

In June 2015, Jinneng Datuhe cogeneration project started construction.
In April 2015, Shanxi Luliang Lishi Wangjiazhuang Coal Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation, with a designed production capacity of 1.2 million tons/year.
In January 2015, Shanxi Luliang Lishi Jiajiagou Coal Mining Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation, with a designed production capacity of 1.2 million tons/year.

In September 2014, the coke delivered by Datuhe to Hebei Steel (Chenggang Steel) exceeded 5 million tons.

In September 2013, Luliang Datuhe Coalbed Methane Development and Utilization Co., Ltd. was established.
In May 2013, Luliang Datuhe Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was established.

In March 2011, the third coal preparation plant was put into operation, with a designed washing capacity of 2 million tons/year.
In September 2011, the conversion of top-loading coke ovens into tamped coke ovens in Coking Plant No. 1 was officially put into operation.

In August 2009, the training base of Datuhe Coal Industry Investment Management Company (the predecessor of Shanxi Datuhe Coal Employee Training Co., Ltd.) was established.
In January 2009, the 200,000 tons/year methanol project won the Luliang City Lishi District Transformation Demonstration Project Award. (Closed due to strategic decisions on October 19, 2022).

In October 2008, the Datuhe New Wall Materials Factory was completed and put into operation, with an annual production of 150,000 cubic meters of fly ash aerated concrete blocks and 120 million pieces of fly ash-coal gangue sintered bricks. (Closed in November 2019 due to strategic decisions).
In May 2008, the second thermal power plant was completed and put into operation, with an annual power generation capacity of 400 million kWh. (Closed in April 2023 due to strategic decisions).
In April 2008, the Party Committee of Shanxi Datuhe Coking Co., Ltd. was established.

In October 2007, the methanol plant was completed and put into operation, with a production capacity of 100,000 tons/year. (Closed on October 19, 2022 due to industry and policy factors).
In May 2007, the construction of the third coal preparation plant of Datuhe started, with a washing capacity of 2 million tons/year.
In July 2007, the third coking plant was put into operation, with a production capacity of 800,000 tons/year. (Closed on October 25, 2019 due to industrial and environmental policy factors).
In January 2007, Fujiayan gas power generation project was put into operation

In October 2006, the first phase of Datuhe Chemical Plant was officially put into operation, with a production capacity of 300,000 tons/year. (Closed in May 2020 due to industry and policy factors.)
In August 2006, Datuhe Machinery Repair Plant was completed and put into operation.

In March 2005, the first batch of magnesium ingots from Datuhe Magnesium Alloy Factory was packed for export. On March 28, the ferrosilicon workshop produced ferrosilicon for the first time.
In January 2005, the Second Coal Preparation Plant of Datuhe was completed and put into operation, with a washing capacity of 2 million tons/year.

In December 2004, the Second Coking Plant was completed and put into operation, with a production capacity of 1 million tons/year. (Closed on October 19, 2022 due to industrial and environmental policy factors)
In December 2004, the first coal preparation plant was completed and put into operation, with a washing capacity of 1.2 million tons/year.
In October 2004, Datuhe Magnesium Alloy Factory was put into operation with a production capacity of 100,000 tons/year. (In October 2012 and August 2013, the magnesium system and ferrosilicon system of the magnesium alloy plant were planned to cease production respectively).
In October 2004, Da-Liu Highway was successfully opened to traffic.
In April 2004, Datuhe Thermal Power Plant No. 1 was officially put into operation, with an annual power generation capacity of 190 million kWh. (Closed on April 17, 2023 due to industrial and environmental policy factors.)

In October 2002, Shanxi Datuhe Coking Co., Ltd. was reorganized and established.
In February 2002, the first coking plant was completed and put into operation, with a production capacity of 600,000 tons/year. (Closed on March 28, 2023 due to industrial and environmental policy factors).
