1. Extract fine chemicals and chemical raw materials. The three important chemical raw materials: anthracene, phenanthrene, and carbazole cannot be conveniently and economically obtained from the petroleum industry, and mainly rely on extraction from anthracene oil. In addition, anthracene oil also contains substances such as pyrene and phenanthrene, and the processing of anthracene oil can also yield anthraquinone.

2. Raw materials for manufacturing coatings, electrodes, asphalt coke, carbon black, wood preservatives, and insecticides, which can be used for wood preservation and production.

3. Used for producing fuel oil after hydrogenation refining.
