Recently, our company received a special gift—a banner inscribed with "Caring for residents and doing practical things, heating to homes warms people's hearts." This banner not only affirms the work of the heating company but also recognizes the hard work of all employees.
It is understood that the banner was presented by an elderly resident who has lived in the heating service area for a long time. They stated that this area falls under the heating range of the urban district's station. Due to the restructuring of the cable factory from 2013 to 2016 and plans for commercial and residential building development, the original No. 2 station needed to be relocated and rebuilt. If the station could not be completed on time during the heating period, it would affect the residents' heating this winter. As the winter heating season of 2024 approaches, citizens in this area have been seeking help. The heating project involves thousands of households, and the leadership of the heating company attaches great importance to this. Despite the tight schedule, heavy tasks, and numerous difficulties, the heating staff are concerned about the citizens' warmth and are fighting on the front line of the station relocation construction. They persist in construction despite the severe cold, working hard to catch up on the progress.
Since October 2, under the leadership of the area station manager Cui Zhehui, the team has been working overtime, with full determination, braving the wind and frost, and battling the severe cold, repeatedly engaging in the construction of the heat exchange station. In less than a month, a brand new heat exchange station was restored, allowing the residents of this area to enjoy heating as scheduled. They have witnessed the continuous improvement of the service quality of the heating company and its prompt response to solving problems.
This banner is not only an affirmation of the work of the heating company but also an encouragement for all heating personnel. We will use this as motivation to continue improving service quality, ensuring that every household can enjoy high-quality heating services.
