On September 14th at noon, the 2024 Mid-Autumn dinner was held in the staff cafeteria of the headquarters. Amidst the attention, Chairman Jia Guoping and General Manager Zhao Kanghong, along with the company's executive team, arrived at the dinner venue to meet all the staff and delivered their speeches. Their speeches were filled with deep emotions, conveying great expectations and inspiring everyone, serving as another spiritual feast beyond the sumptuous lunch.

Chairman Jia Guoping fondly recalled that ten years ago, at this time, Datuhe was at its historical lowest point. He expressed sincere gratitude to the "brothers and sisters" present and those still fighting on various fronts. It was the silent support and persistence of everyone that allowed Datuhe to overcome difficulties and reach today. Walking through chaos is precisely to emerge from it, as the saying goes, "Without experiencing wind and rain, how can one see the rainbow?"

Ten years of rise and fall, ten years of profound changes. Today, Datuhe Company has become a "first-class strong player" among private enterprises in the province. He pointed out that Datuhe's strength comes not only from having basically eliminated debt, allowing us to move forward lightly, but more importantly, the confidence to consistently maintain safe, stable, and low-cost operations, jointly leading the company onto a path of healthy development.

Speaking of the present, Chairman Jia's sense of pride inspired and motivated all the staff; looking to the future, his confidence deeply encouraged everyone, filled with endless power. He emphasized that the next step is to focus inward, gradually strengthening and refining ourselves, and striving to improve the welfare of all employees. Only by improving employee welfare can Datuhe truly have a better life. He hopes that in the days to come, all cadres and employees will work together to elevate Datuhe's cause to a new level.

General Manager Zhao Kanghong, in his speech, cited examples such as the surface drilling, fracturing, and gas extraction at Datuhe Coal Industry, and the application of large-scale mining technology at Jiajia Gou Coal Industry, objectively analyzing the good results achieved in the company's production and operation, especially in the first half of this year. He further pointed out that Datuhe not only has a beautiful and broad prospect but also a good foundation for implementation. All of this is thanks to the full affirmation and support from Consultant Jia and Chairman Jia regarding the management direction and technological reform path of the company's management team, as well as the joint efforts of all employees. He hopes that as this year comes to a close, everyone will continue to work hard and successfully complete the company's established tasks.
