From 2004 to 2005, a total investment of 180 million yuan was made to build the secondary roads of Daliu and Daqi.

Since 2004, a total investment of 770 million yuan has been made to achieve centralized urban heating of over 7 million square meters.

An investment of over 60 million yuan was made for greening barren mountains, achieving afforestation of 1247.72 acres with a coverage rate of 90%.

In August 2022, a donation of 5 million yuan was made to the Hong Kong Red Cross in Zhongyang County for emergency rescue and post-disaster reconstruction of the flood disaster in Jinluo, Zhongyang County.

In 2023, a donation of 1 million yuan was made to the Civil Affairs Bureau of Lishi District for assistance to the disadvantaged groups in Lishi District.
