The Disabled Persons' Federation of Lüliang City came to my company for research.

In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party, in accordance with the "Stabilize Employment and Ensure Employment" policy of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Council, and in line with the requirements of the State Council's Office's "Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting Employment of Persons with Disabilities," on August 15, a delegation including Che Huanlian, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Disabled Persons' Federation of Lüliang City, and Liu Mingsheng, Director of the Lüliang City Disabled Persons Employment Service Center, conducted research on the employment of persons with disabilities at our company. The Human Resources Director of the Coking Company, Yao Haibing, Chief Accountant and Finance Minister Lu Chengxian, Human Resources Minister Yan Xiaoming, and various coal industry human resources section heads participated in discussions.

At the meeting, relevant leaders from the Disabled Persons' Federation promoted and interpreted issues related to the employment of persons with disabilities, the value-added tax preferential policies for employment, and employment security for persons with disabilities. Company leaders exchanged views on the current channels for employing persons with disabilities, the number of employed individuals, and matters that need coordination.

The issue of employment for persons with disabilities is a duty and responsibility of the entire society, and private enterprises will also fulfill their social responsibilities.
