4. Qualification Requirements for Bidders:

1. Bidding units must be registered in the People's Republic of China for three years or more, with general taxpayer qualifications;

2. Bidding units must have the production capacity for the bidding goods;

3. Bidding units must have supply and sales performance of similar products in the past three years, and no major quality issues have been found during use;

4,Bidding units should have good commercial reputation,social reputation, and the ability to perform contracts, as well as good After-sale Service;

5. Bidding units listed as dishonest persons on the "Credit China" website (http://www.creditchina.gov.cn/) are not allowed to participate in the bidding;

6. Bidders need to provide factory appearance videos and legal person authorization videos;

7. This project does not accept joint bidding.

5. Bidders must provide the following materials when registering and purchasing bidding documents:

1,Company Documents:Business license, basic account opening permit, and qualification certificates required for implementing the project (Requirements: The above documents must provide original scanned copies or original copies with official seals);

2,Power of Attorney from the Legal Representative(Requirements: Must reflect the information of the legal person and the authorized person, the authority of the authorized person, and indicate the project name and project number, with handwritten signatures of the legal person and the authorized person, etc.);

Original scanned documents of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card(Friendly reminder: Please clearly indicate the Applications of the documents on the scanned copies, and the authorized person is the project leader);

3. Requirements for the bidder and the authorized person's materials:

1) The bidding unit has a legal labor relationship with the authorized person (the duration of the labor relationship contract must be longer than the validity period of the bid), based on the provided written labor contract;

2) The bidding unit must provide proof of social insurance payment for the authorized person for the past 6 months;

3) Performance proof: Complete performance proof documents for similar projects of the bidder (one complete performance proof consists of complete contracts, technical agreements, VAT invoices, and acceptance certificates, etc.);

4,Factory appearance videos and legal person authorization videos

1) Shoot the company gate, office area, and factory area (the video must reflect key information such as the Company Name);

2) Legal person authorization video: The legal person must appear in the video and briefly explain the authorization matters.

6. Registration Process and Instructions:
