  1. Status of Management for the Prevention and Control of Hazardous Waste Pollution

1. Establish and improve a management system for hazardous waste, ensuring dedicated personnel responsibility, ledger recording, and comprehensive verification of inbound and outbound shipments throughout the entire process.

2. The hazardous waste storage facility complies with relevant regulations, is equipped with conspicuous hazardous waste identification signs, and implements segregated storage by category, as well as measures to prevent rainwater infiltration, leakage, loss, and dispersion.

3. Strictly implement the hazardous waste transfer manifest system, entrusting transportation, utilization, and disposal to entities with the requisite qualifications, and rigorously prevent illegal transfer and disposal.

4. Conduct regular training on hazardous waste management and carry out inspections to identify environmental risks and potential hazards; refine the emergency response plan for sudden environmental incidents and organize drills.

5. Report information on hazardous waste in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring that data related to generation, storage, transfer, and disposal are truthful, accurate, and complete.
