Multiple departments from Lishi District visited our company to conduct a joint inspection.

To thoroughly implement the Lishi District Party Committee and District Government’s work plan to optimize the business environment and enhance the efficiency of enterprise‑related services, and to innovate regulatory and service models for businesses, on the mornings of March 23 and 25, a joint task force comprising representatives from the District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Bureau of Energy, the Bureau of Statistics, the State Taxation Administration, and other departments visited our company to conduct a comprehensive inspection and guidance exercise under the “one visit, multiple tasks” initiative. Bai Rongping, Deputy General Manager of Safety; Lu Chengxian, Head of the Finance Department; Li Erqin, Mine Manager of Wangjiazhuang Coal Industry; Qi Huhua, Mine Manager of Jiajiagou Coal Industry; Ren Hongbing, Mine Manager of TanYaoping Coal Industry; along with relevant departmental staff, provided full‑time accompaniment and active cooperation.

This joint inter‑departmental inspection of enterprises represents a concrete step taken by the Lishi District Government to bring government services closer to the grassroots and enable “mobile office” operations. It aims to dismantle longstanding information and regulatory silos, consolidating fragmented oversight tasks into a coordinated framework. By adopting a “unified schedule, unified site access, and centralized verification and guidance” approach, it provides businesses with one‑stop regulatory support. This collaborative inspection breaks away from the traditional model of staggered, multi‑agency visits, redundant checks, and repeated verifications, fundamentally reducing the frequency of on‑site inspections, minimizing disruptions to normal business operations, and effectively easing the administrative burden on enterprises.

During the inspection, staff from all departments rigorously adhered to their statutory duties and established work procedures, conducting in-depth on-site assessments at critical locations such as production and operations sites and financial offices. Through methods including on‑site verification, review of ledgers and supporting documentation, and data cross‑checking, they carried out a comprehensive and meticulous examination of key areas, including the company’s occupational safety management, energy‑use compliance, the accuracy of statistical data, and the conformity of tax filings. Throughout the process, departmental personnel maintained a patient and meticulous service orientation, addressing enterprises’ questions regarding policy interpretation, business procedures, and compliant operations one by one, while also offering targeted, practical guidance aligned with industry standards and the latest regulatory requirements.

In response to the various inspection arrangements of the Joint Inspection Team, our company has attached great importance to the matter and responded proactively, promptly mobilizing relevant personnel to fully cooperate with the inspection process. Each business department has strictly adhered to the team’s requirements, truthfully providing all pertinent records, vouchers, reports, and other documentation; actively coordinated to address verification needs; carefully listened to and documented the guidance offered by each department; and promptly identified and rectified any issues uncovered during the inspection, thereby demonstrating a rigorous, standardized management approach and a proactive, pragmatic stance toward development.

This efficient and pragmatic joint inspection and guidance initiative has not only enhanced the effectiveness of government oversight and pioneered innovative regulatory approaches, but has also enabled businesses to experience tangible benefits stemming from Lishi District’s efforts to optimize the business environment. By adopting a “single inspection, multi‑agency guidance” model, enterprises have both gained a clear understanding of the minimum compliance requirements and received precise guidance on accessing policy incentives, thereby strengthening their confidence in operating with peace of mind, focusing on their core businesses, and pursuing steady, sustainable growth.

Going forward, our company will take this inspection as an opportunity to proactively coordinate with joint regulatory services, continuously strengthen internal management, firmly assume responsibility for workplace safety, fully understand and effectively implement all business‑friendly policies, and actively align ourselves with the broader local development agenda, thereby contributing our corporate strength to the high‑quality growth of the regional economy.
