Our company's choir participated in the Hongge competition in Lishi District and returned with honors.
On July 6, the company's party committee actively responded to the government's call and quickly formed a choir of over a hundred people. They participated in the red song choir competition jointly organized by the Lishi District Committee and the Lishi District People's Government of Lüliang City, celebrating the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, with the theme "Songs Dedicated to the Party, Singing the New Era," showcasing the true colors and spirited demeanor of industrial workers in the new era.
After ten days of intense rehearsals and preparations, the preliminary round kicked off with the grand chorus "Singing a Mountain Song for the Party." Thirty well-known songs such as "Never Forget Our Original Intention," "I Swear," "Defend the Yellow River," and "Without the Communist Party, There Would Be No New China" were performed with great momentum. The wonderful performances of each team won bursts of applause from the audience, with soaring songs reminiscing unforgettable years, and majestic melodies expressing boundless love for the Party and the motherland, praising our great Party. This deepened our appreciation for the charm and power of red culture, enhancing national pride and cohesion.
When the host passionately introduced, "In recent years, Shanxi Datuhua Coking Co., Ltd. has been enthusiastic about public welfare, especially in education, achieving remarkable results. This year, 13 students were admitted to Tsinghua and Peking University, creating the best results in history," as a person from Datuhua, I felt immensely proud. Each member of the choir carried a sense of mission, exerting their utmost effort to showcase the spirit of Datuhua.
Listen to our song "Great China, Great Party," which is magnificent and moving; "The Red Flag Flutters" flies in the hearts of every strong and unyielding Chinese child, soaring at the pinnacle of the world, and is our eternal pride. They are not only the most lovable people who can "fight in the sea of coal" but also those who can "dance on the tip of the tongue."
