Notice Regarding "Abnormal Material Acceptance"

To all suppliers:
In order to ensure product quality, standardize the delivery process and acceptance procedures, and to facilitate normal warehousing, in accordance with our company's material acceptance management measures, we hereby notify all suppliers of the following delivery requirements:
1. A "Delivery List", certificate of conformity, coal safety certificate, explosion-proof certificate, and other contractually agreed documents must be carried with the delivery.
2. The physical model of the delivered products and the model on the certificate of conformity must match the model on the purchase order.
3. The delivered products must strictly adhere to the quality standards specified in the contract.
4. If any product model is discontinued or updated, the salesperson must be informed in advance.
Recently, there have been frequent acceptance anomalies. All suppliers are required to strictly follow the above requirements during delivery. If acceptance anomalies occur again due to discrepancies between delivery and orders, a warning will be issued for the first occurrence, a 50% penalty on the payment for abnormal materials for the second occurrence, and full payment penalty for abnormal materials for the third occurrence. If there are five acceptance anomalies in total within the year, the supplier will be classified as unqualified, and subsequent cooperation will be reduced or stopped.
