Remarks:

  1. Auxiliary materials: copper busbars, small busbars on the cabinet top, control cables, screws, insulating sleeves for busbars, etc. The copper busbars, including the main busbar and ground busbar, need to be connected to the existing main busbar and ground busbar separately. The quantity and quality of auxiliary materials must meet the requirements for on-site use and industry standards.
  2. Due to the need to place the segment cabinet and connection cabinet in the middle of the existing generator cabinet during the renovation installation, dividing it into two parts, the incoming and outgoing line cabinet and PT cabinet are placed at one end of the generator cabinet. Therefore, the specific dimensions of the cabinet body, busbar distribution, and the position of the cabinet screws must be measured on-site by the supplier.
  3. High voltage cabinets and circuit breakers must choose first-line brand products in China. Except for circuit breakers and electric meters, the selection of accessories for high voltage cabinets (manufacturers) must be consistent with the existing ones to reduce on-site spare parts inventory.

3. Qualification Review Method:Post-qualification review.

4. Qualification Requirements for Bidders:

1. The bidding unit must be registered in the People's Republic of China for three years or more and have general taxpayer qualifications;

2. The bidding unit must have the production capacity for the bidding goods;

3. The bidding unit must have supply and sales performance of similar products in the past five years, and no major quality issues have been found during use;

4,The bidding unit should have good commercial reputation,social reputation, and the ability to perform contracts, as well as good after-sale service;

5. Bidding units listed as dishonest persons on the "Credit China" website (http://www.creditchina.gov.cn/) are not allowed to participate in the bidding;

6. Bidders need to provide factory appearance videos and legal person authorization videos;

7. This project does not accept joint bidding.

5. Bidders must provide the following materials when registering and purchasing bidding documents:

1,Company Documents:Business license, basic account opening permit, tax level certificate, and qualification certificates required for implementing this project (Requirements: The above documents must provide original scanned copies or original copies with official seals);

2,Power of Attorney from the Legal Representative(Requirements: Must reflect the information of the legal person and the authorized person, the authority of the authorized person, and indicate the project name and project number, as well as the handwritten signatures of the legal person and the authorized person, etc.);

Original scanned documents of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card(Friendly reminder: Please clearly indicate the purpose of the documents on the scanned copies, and the authorized person is the project leader);

3. Requirements for the bidder and the authorized person's materials:

1) The bidding unit and the entrusted person must have a legal labor relationship (the duration of the labor relationship contract must be longer than the validity period of the bid), based on the provided written labor contract;

2) The bidding unit must provide proof of social insurance payment for the entrusted person for the past 6 months;

3) Performance proof: Complete performance proof documents for similar projects of the bidder (one complete performance proof consisting of complete contracts, technical agreements, VAT invoices, and acceptance certificates, etc.);

4,Factory appearance videos and legal person authorization videos
