3. Qualification Review Method:Post-qualification review.

4. Qualification Requirements for Bidders:

1. Bidding units must be registered in the People's Republic of China for three years or more and have general taxpayer qualifications;

2. Bidding units must have production and sales capabilities;

3. Bidding units must have supply and sales performance of similar products in the past five years, and no major quality issues should have been found during use;

4. Bidding units should have good commercial reputation, social reputation, and the ability to perform contracts, as well as good after-sales service;

5. Bidding units listed as dishonest persons on the "Credit China" website (http://www.creditchina.gov.cn/) are not allowed to participate in the bidding;

6. This project does not accept joint bids.

5. Bidders must provide the following materials when registering and purchasing the tender documents:

1. Company documents: Business license, basic account opening permit, and qualification certificates required for implementing the project (Requirements: The above documents must provide original scanned copies or original copies with official seals);

2.
