3. Qualification examination method: post-qualification examination.

4. Qualification requirements for bidders：

1. The bidder must be registered in the People's Republic of China for three years or more and have the qualification of a general taxpayer.；

2. Bidders must have production capacity and sales capacity；

3. The bidding unit must have the supply and sales performance of similar products in the past five years, and no major quality problems have been found during the use process.；

4. The bidding unit should have a good business reputation, social reputation and the ability to perform the contract, and have good after-sales service.；

5. On the ”Credit China" website (http://www.creditchina.gov.cn /) Bidders who are included in the list of persons executed for untrustworthiness shall not participate in the bidding；

6. Consortium bids are not accepted for this project.

5. Bidders need to provide the following information when registering and purchasing bidding documents

1. Company documents: business license, basic account opening license, and qualification certificate required to implement the project (requirements: the above documents need to provide a scanned copy of the original or a copy of the original stamped with the official seal)；

2.
