1. Project Overview:

1. Project Name:Datu River Coal Industry Coal Preparation Plant "Disc Feeder" Procurement

5. Funding Source: Self-financed by the enterprise 

2. Bidding Scope and Requirements:

A total of 4 disc feeders need to be procured this time, specific requirements are as follows:

1. Feeding Conditions

1.1 Feeding Source: Discharge from the pressurized filter.

1.2 Feeding Particle Size:0-1mm.

1.3 Coal Feeding Amount: 0-150t/h.

2. Equipment Specification: Diameter 2000mm, pedestal

3. Disc Rotation Speed: 5.8r/min

4. Material Properties: Particle size ≤ 1.5mm, moisture content: 18%~28%.

5. Matching Motor: YE2-200L2-6, power 22kW, voltage level 380/660V, 50Hz, F-class insulation, with motor bracket.

6. The heavy-duty pedestal disc feeder adopts a fully enclosed structure, the motor, reducer, and main machine of the disc feeder are connected by an elastic coupling, driving the output shaft of the reducer to rotate the main machine's large gear, small gear, and disc.

7. The reducer housing is cast, and all rotating parts should rotate flexibly without abnormal noise and vibration after assembly, no jamming phenomenon is allowed, and no oil leakage is allowed on all contact and sealing surfaces; the planing surface can be coated with sealant, and no packing is allowed.

8. The lubrication of the transmission mechanism is thin oil lubrication, which must be well sealed, with no foreign objects entering the lubrication system and no oil leakage.

9. The disc adopts a fully enclosed structure, using mechanical + soft sealing, the sealing and the disc are set as one, and the material should fall entirely from the disc discharge port, with no material dropping or scattering around the disc.

10. Protective covers (nets) must be set at all rotating parts such as couplings.

3. Qualification Review Method:Post-qualification review.

4. Qualification Requirements for Bidders:

1. The bidding unit must be registered in the People's Republic of China for three years or more and have general taxpayer qualifications;

2. The bidding unit must have the production capacity for the bidding goods;

3. The bidding unit must have supply and sales performance of similar products in the past five years, and no major quality issues have been found during use;

4,The bidding unit should have good commercial reputation,social reputation, and the ability to perform contracts, as well as good After-sale Service;

5. Bidding units listed as dishonest persons on the "Credit China" website (http://www.creditchina.gov.cn/) are not allowed to participate in the bidding;

6. Bidders need to provide factory appearance videos and legal person authorization videos;

7. This project does not accept joint bids.

5. Bidders must provide the following materials when registering and purchasing bidding documents:

1,Company Documents:Business license, basic account opening permit, tax level certificate, and qualification certificates required for implementing the project (Requirements: The above documents must provide original scanned copies or original copies with official seals);

2,Power of Attorney from the Legal Representative(Requirements: Must reflect the information of the legal person and the authorized person, the authority of the authorized person, and indicate the project name and project number, with handwritten signatures of the legal person and the authorized person, etc.);

Original scanned documents of the legal representative's ID and the authorized person's ID(Friendly reminder: Please clearly indicate the purpose of the documents on the scanned copies, and the authorized person is the project leader);

3. Requirements for the bidder and the authorized person's materials:

1) The bidding unit and the entrusted person must have a legal labor relationship (the duration of the labor relationship contract must be longer than the validity period of the bid), based on the provided written labor contract;

2) The bidding unit must provide proof of social insurance payment for the entrusted person for the past 6 months;

3) Performance proof: Complete performance proof documents for similar projects of the bidder (one complete performance proof consisting of complete contracts, technical agreements, VAT invoices, and acceptance certificates, etc.);

4,Factory appearance videos and legal person authorization videos
