On March 6, the Lishi District held a grand event at the Lüliang Cinema to commemorate the 116th anniversary of International Women’s Day and to celebrate the theme “Pragmatism Opens New Prospects, Women Achieve New Merits,” titled “Her Power, Blooming Splendor.” The event was hosted by the CPC Lishi District Committee of Lüliang City and the Lishi District People’s Government, organized by the Lishi District Women’s Federation, and co‑organized by the Lishi District Integrated Media Center. Datuhe Company actively participated, showcasing the responsibility of a leading local enterprise and the spirit of women in the new era.
At the event, Xu Haiying, the company’s deputy general manager, took to the stage as an outstanding role model for women in Lishi District and shared her journey of perseverance. Drawing on the company’s development and her own professional experience, she highlighted the pivotal roles women play in industrial upgrading, technological innovation, and frontline management, vividly embodying the spirit of self-reliance, dedication, and commitment that defines women in the new era. Her remarks were met with warm applause from the audience. Xu Haiying stated that, as a leading enterprise in Lishi District, the company is committed to digital and intelligent transformation, creating a robust platform for the growth and success of its female employees. Nearly a thousand female cadres and staff members are fulfilling their duties and making significant contributions in key positions. Moving forward, the company will continue to heed the call of the District Party Committee and District Government, leveraging technological innovation to enhance the quality and efficiency of its development and contributing the strength of women to the cause of building a stronger and more prosperous district.
The cultural performance segment was filled with warmth and brimmed with uplifting, patriotic spirit. The company’s male–female duet, “Peace Is Blessing—My Dear Wife, You’ve Worked So Hard,” conveyed heartfelt sincerity, paying tribute to family sacrifices and celebrating the quiet resilience of everyday life, while conveying a hopeful vision of peace and happiness and radiating genuine human warmth. Meanwhile, Teacher Wu Xiaolei from Lüliang Fengshan Senior High School delivered a stirring rendition of “Forever Follow the Party,” his voice resounding with strength and clarity, embodying the unwavering conviction of the women of Tuhe as they remain devoted to the Party and forge ahead on a new journey.


This event showcased the spirited and upward‑looking demeanor of women across Lishi District. Taking this occasion as an opportunity, the enterprise will continue to prioritize women’s work, support the professional development of female employees, and actively fulfill its social responsibilities.
