The first-aid kits distributed this time are precisely tailored to meet the emergency response needs for sudden medical conditions underground, uniformly stocked with essential medications such as fast‑acting cardiac pills, nitroglycerin, nifedipine, and aspirin, thereby addressing critical gaps in on‑site emergency care for unexpected illnesses. The company conducts regular emergency‑response training and usage instruction to ensure that the kits are always fully stocked, in optimal condition, and readily accessible, enabling all personnel to be thoroughly familiar with their contents, proficient in their use, and capable of handling emergencies according to established protocols—ultimately making these life‑saving supplies an indispensable safeguard for safe operations underground.

Following the launch of preparations for the distribution of medical supplies, the Administrative Affairs Department, committed to supporting and safeguarding frontline operations, refined its workflows, implemented meticulous resource allocation, and ensured efficient execution. Over the course of one week, it completed, to a high standard, the entire preparatory process—ranging from inventory verification and classification to orderly packaging and secure sealing—thereby providing rigorous logistical support that lays a solid foundation for the smooth distribution and standardized deployment of all supplies.

To date, the company has completed the full distribution of first-aid kits to all 3,024 frontline underground workers at its affiliated production mines, while simultaneously conducting specialized training on underground self‑rescue and mutual assistance, as well as the proper use of emergency medications. These measures have effectively enhanced underground workers’ ability to respond to emergencies and strengthened the safety net protecting their lives.

Going forward, under the standardized guidance of the Fifth Division of Supervision and Law Enforcement, the company will continue to broaden the scope of its safety governance, advancing safety management from “safeguarding the bottom line of life” to a two-way approach that also prioritizes “protecting physical and mental well-being.” The company will institutionalize and routinely implement a comprehensive employee health management system, rigorously enforcing procedures such as pre‑shift alcohol testing and pre‑work assessments of physical and mental condition. It will strictly enforce the red‑line rule prohibiting personnel who are unwell, in poor psychological condition, or under the influence of alcohol from entering the mine, thereby preventing personal safety risks at their source. By building a multi‑dimensional, all‑round safeguard for employees’ physical and mental health, the company will ensure sustained stability and improvement in workplace safety through meticulous, humane, and routine safety measures.
