On April 20, Gao Yunlin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Lin County Party Committee and Executive Deputy County Mayor, led the principal heads of the County Emergency Management Bureau, the Development and Reform Bureau, the Energy Bureau, and other relevant departments on an on-site inspection and guidance visit to Shanxi Datuhe Coal Industry Co., Ltd. Feng Yunwang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Datuhe Coal Industry, Mine Manager Sun Jianwei, and other leaders accompanied the delegation.
The research team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the enterprise’s current development status through on-site inspections, briefings, and roundtable discussions, precisely identifying and addressing key challenges to inject strong momentum into its high-quality growth.

During the field visit, Gao Yunlin, Executive Deputy County Mayor, and his delegation arrived at Datuhe Coal Industry’s dispatch and command center, where they carefully reviewed real-time mine surveillance footage, production‑operation data, and safety‑monitoring systems. They also listened attentively to a detailed briefing from the company’s management on underground production organization, gas control, personnel on‑duty arrangements, and emergency dispatch procedures, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s daily production scheduling, hazard identification and remediation, as well as the implementation of safety‑production safeguards.
Gao Yunlin emphasized that the dispatch center serves as the “central nervous system” of coal mine safety production, and must fully leverage its core functions of centralized monitoring, unified command, and rapid response. It is imperative to strictly enforce the 24-hour on-duty and standby system, closely monitor critical links and key areas, ensure real-time surveillance, precise control, and swift handling, and make every effort to guarantee safe, stable, and orderly coal mine operations.
At the symposium, Gao Yunlin fully commended Datuhe Coal Industry for its longstanding commitment to establishing itself in Lin County, its proactive fulfillment of social responsibilities, and its contributions to local economic development. He emphasized that enterprises must firmly embrace the concept of safe development, consistently prioritize workplace safety, rigorously implement their primary responsibility for production safety, continuously deepen hazard identification and remediation, strengthen employee safety training and emergency response drills, and build an unshakable safety defense to resolutely safeguard the safety bottom line.
